Your personal information belongs to you. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what data SWC3 collects when you use the platform, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have under Philippine law — written clearly so you actually understand it.
Our Core Privacy Commitments
All personal data stored by SWC3 is protected by AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Your information is held to the same security standard as a Philippine financial institution.
SWC3 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers — ever. Your data is used to operate the platform and comply with Philippine law, and nothing else.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. SWC3 honours all of these rights and processes valid requests within 15 business days.
We collect only what is necessary to run a licensed gaming platform in the Philippines. We don't ask for data we don't need, and we don't keep data longer than legally required or operationally justified.
SWC3 operates in full compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal information, SWC3 will notify you and the National Privacy Commission within the timeframes required by Philippine law.
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by SWC3 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") through the website swc3.app and all related services, games, and features offered to players in the Philippines. It explains how we handle your data from the moment you visit the site through the full lifecycle of your SWC3 account.
Your consent matters. By registering a SWC3 account or using any part of the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register or continue using the platform. You may withdraw consent at any time subject to the conditions described in Section 10.
SWC3 is the data controller responsible for your personal information. This Policy has been drafted to comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its implementing rules and regulations, and the relevant circulars and advisories issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who oversees our compliance with RA 10173 and serves as the first point of contact for all privacy-related concerns. Contact details for the DPO are provided in Section 14.
This Policy covers all personal data processing activities carried out by SWC3 in connection with the platform. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that may be linked from the SWC3 platform — those parties operate under their own privacy practices.

SWC3 collects personal data through the following means:
SWC3 processes your personal data for specific, legitimate purposes. We do not use your data for purposes beyond those listed below without obtaining your additional consent or unless required by law:
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, SWC3's processing of your personal data is based on one or more of the following legal bases:
Where SWC3 relies on your consent as the legal basis for processing, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal, and does not affect processing carried out on other legal bases.
SWC3 does not sell or rent your personal data to any third party. We share your information only in the following specific and controlled circumstances:
No third-party marketing sharing: SWC3 never shares your personal information with third-party advertising networks, data brokers, or other marketers. If you receive unsolicited communications purportedly from SWC3 partners, do not engage and report them to support@swc3.app.
SWC3 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform effectively, ensure security, and improve your experience. Here is a plain-language explanation of what we use and why:
SWC3 does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging into or using the SWC3 platform.
SWC3 retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy and to comply with our legal obligations under Philippine law. The following retention periods apply as a general guide:
At the end of the applicable retention period, your personal data is either securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with you as an individual.
SWC3 takes data security seriously and has implemented technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal data we hold. Key security measures include:
While SWC3 applies industry-standard security measures, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security. You play an important role in your own data security by keeping your SWC3 credentials confidential and enabling 2FA on your account.
As a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights regarding your personal data held by SWC3:
You have the right to know what personal data SWC3 holds about you, why we hold it, how it is used, and who it is shared with — which is the purpose of this Privacy Policy.
You can request a copy of the personal data SWC3 holds about you. We will provide this within 15 business days of receiving a valid, verified request.
If any of the personal data SWC3 holds about you is inaccurate or out of date, you have the right to have it corrected. You can update most account details directly in your SWC3 profile.
You can request the deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, subject to our legal retention obligations (see Section 8).
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. Opt-out links are included in every marketing email SWC3 sends.
You can request your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format so you can transfer it to another service provider where technically feasible.
Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time through your SWC3 account settings or by contacting our DPO. Withdrawal does not affect past lawful processing.
If you believe SWC3 has mishandled your personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
To exercise any of these rights, contact SWC3's Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 14. Please include your full name, registered email address, and a clear description of your request. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
SWC3 is strictly for players aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. The SWC3 registration process includes a mandatory age declaration, and we conduct age verification as part of the KYC process.
If SWC3 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a minor — whether through a false declaration or any other means — we will immediately suspend the account, delete the data in question, and refund any real-money deposits to the originating payment method.
Parents and guardians: If you believe a child under 18 has registered a SWC3 account, please contact us immediately at support@swc3.app with the registered email address or mobile number. We will investigate and take appropriate action within 24 hours.
SWC3's primary data storage and processing infrastructure is located within the Philippines or in data centres that meet equivalent data protection standards. Some of our third-party service providers — including certain game software suppliers and technical infrastructure providers — may process data outside the Philippines.
Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, SWC3 ensures that adequate safeguards are in place in accordance with NPC guidelines, including:
You may request information about the specific countries to which your data may be transferred by contacting the SWC3 Data Protection Officer.
SWC3 reviews this Privacy Policy regularly to ensure it remains accurate and compliant with Philippine law. We may update this Policy when there are changes to our data practices, when new legal obligations apply, or when we introduce new platform features that involve personal data processing.
When we make material changes — those that significantly affect how we use your data or your rights as a data subject — we will notify you by email to your registered address and post a prominent notice on the SWC3 platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of SWC3 after a Policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
